FOX Sports’s Nick Wright is never shy to voice his opinion, as he had plenty to say this morning on FS1’s First Things First.
The always boisterous Wright had some strong words this morning when talking about ESPN’s list of the top 10 quarterbacks heading into the 2021-22 season.
Nick Wright blasted two of his new co-hosts on FS1’s First Things First, Chris Broussard and Kevin Wildes, as well as ESPN saying ” I went Mahomes, Rodgers, Brady, Oh I was disrespectful doubting the Goat again, disrespecting Tom Brady again, and then my peers said that’s where we also him as the third-best quarterback. (A reference to NFL Network’s list of the league’s 100 best players). And then Broussard and Wildes’s former colleagues at the other network say hey how about we put 5 guys ahead of him.”
It seems that Wright is proclaiming that he was first to this take, saying that he had another over Brady, as he also added jokingly that ”everyone can send those apologies” proclaiming that he had the right take on Brady’s ranking.
Both Broussard and Wildes worked at ESPN previous to joining the FS1 crew after longer than a decade tenure at the company, with Broussard being a panelist and reporter for the company while Wildes was a producer during his time there.
