Morales will be joining Sheryl Underwood, Amanda Kloots, Jerry O'Connell, and Akbar Gbajabiamila as co-host of "The Talk" beginning Monday, Oct. 11th.
Morales has been with NBC's Today since 2006 and appeared on other NBC News programs, including NBC Nightly News and Dateline.
