“Mad Money” host Jim Cramer believes Twitter’s impending lawsuit exposes Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s behavior as childish. The billionaire abruptly backed out of a $44 billion deal to buy the platform this week.

Cramer Tweeted that Twitter will most likely force Musk to buy the company for the agreed initially $15-17 per share. Musk cited Twitter’s refusal to divulge how many fake accounts as his primary reason not to buy.

“Twitter’s document is so damning to Musk that I reiterate the chancery will do its best to force Musk to take delivery,” Cramer wrote. “It is devastating in detail about how horrendous and infantile Musk was in the process.”

In a statement posted on Mediate, Twitter promised to hold Musk accountable for backing out of the deal.

“Having mounted a public spectacle to put Twitter in play and having proposed and then signed a seller-friendly merger agreement, Musk apparently believes that he — unlike every other party subject to Delaware contract law — is free to change his mind, trash the company, disrupt its operations, destroy stockholder value, and walk away,” the lawsuit stated.

After 30 years at CNN, Washington Bureau Chief Sam Feist is departing the network to become the CEO of C-SPAN.

Feist will be just the third CEO in the network’s nearly 50-year history. He’ll succeed co-CEOs Rob Kennedy and Susan Swain, who have held the role since 2012.

“Our democracy needs C-SPAN now more than ever,” said Feist. “I look forward to working with C-SPAN’s extraordinary and dedicated team to expand the network’s reach and meet new audiences where they are. C-SPAN is an American treasure and I could not be more excited to lead this essential institution.”

Feist rose to the role of Washington bureau chief at CNN in 2011, and will stay in the role until the end of June, before shifting to his new duties at C-SPAN.

“Out of a small group of excellent finalists, Sam Feist stood out for his deep respect for C-SPAN, his leadership skills, his knowledge of Washington, and his digital transformation bona fides. We are confident that we are leaving C-SPAN in good hands,” Kennedy and Swain said in a joint statement.

Chris Cuomo: The Daily Wire Stopped Potential Candace Owens vs Ben Shapiro Debate Out of Fear

“The company decided we lose if he goes toe toe-to-toe with Candace Owens. So shut her up and they have the right to do it because of the contract.”

Last month, a social media spat between The Daily Wire co-founders Ben Shapiro and Jeremy Boreing against former employee Candace Owens led to a debate challenge. It hasn’t happened, and NewsNation anchor Chris Cuomo feels like he knows why.

While appearing in a podcast interview with Patrick Bet-David, Cuomo argued that The Daily Wire doesn’t want Shapiro to debate against Owens because the company is fearful he will lose.

“The Daily Wire doesn’t believe that Shapiro wins the debate with Candace Owens,” Cuomo said.

“You think they believe that?,” the podcast host asked.

“One hundred percent, otherwise there’s no reason to do it. If this is working for you, you let it go, right? … That’s what Ben Shapiro has been saying. Everybody’s going to understand that Candace Owens has positions that are not just incorrect, but morally wrong in a way that Ben Shapiro says matters,” Chris Cuomo retorted. “He’s not just another corporate guy. It’s not just another company now, but in fact, it is just another company. And the company decided we lose if he goes toe toe-to-toe with Candace Owens. So shut her up and they have the right to do it because of the contract.”

The conversation stemmed from a recent suggestion from Glenn Greenwald that The Daily Wire utilized a clause in Owens’ used an arbitrator to secure a gag order against her, preventing a debate.
